Suitable for the mixing of food stuffs. The long handle makes it suitable for large containers and
capable of effectively mixing large amounts of produce. If fragments of the mixer were to come loose
and contaminate the foodstuff it is in contact with, the shards can be detected via passing the
product through a metal detector. This is because the Polypropylene has metal shards in its plastic.
The mixer can withstand temperature variations from -20C to 121C.
